Licence Agreement

This Licence Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or entity) and Laboratório Nacional de Engenharia Civil, identified as LNEC in the rest of this licence agreement.

By installing, copying or otherwise using the software, you agree to be bound by all of its terms and conditions. Hence, please do read it carefully.

1. This Software is owned by LNEC and is protected by copyright law and the international copyright treaty.

2. This Software has no commercial use and was developed only for research purposes.

3. Having a valid licence file you are granted an exclusive licence to use the software only for research purposes.

4. The software may not be rented, leased, diffused or transferred. You may not distribute, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the program, or any subset of the program.

5. The Software is distributed "AS IS" and you assume full responsibility for the results obtained.

6. LNEC never claimed that the software is free of errors or bugs.

7. LNEC reserves the right to change the executable code and to remove, add or change the Software's functions.

8. Installing or using the software implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the licence.

IMPORTANT - If you do not agree with the terms of the licence agreement you must not use the software and remove it from your computer.
